Public Vote Categories

The following five people-focused categories are decided entirely by public vote:

• Rising Star

• Pioneer / Industry Leader

• Rentalpreneur

• Best Travel Influencer

These awards give the global short-term rental community the opportunity to have their say and directly choose the winners.

Judges’ Categories

All remaining award categories are decided solely by our expert judging panel.

This ensures a fair, balanced and merit-based evaluation process, recognising operational excellence, innovation and impact across the sector.
